加拿大著名大学的中小学校长培训项目研究及启示

摘要

加拿大的知名大学几乎都有自己的中小学校长培训项目，这些项目在遵循相关立法和政策规定的前提下，主题深刻、形式多样，旨在全方面培养校长的能力和素质。我国综合性大学参与基础教育校长培训的还不多见，虽然我国师范大学基本参与校长培训，但是使命意识亟待加强，培训质量意识也有待进一步提高。%Almost every famous university in Canada has its own primary and secondary school principal training projects. These projects have profound themes and various forms, aiming at training the principals' capability and quality. Comprehensive universities participating in the headmaster training basic education in our country is rare, except the normal universities. However, it is necessary for these normal universities to strengthen their sense of mission and further improve training quality.
