The Niu＇s Family Creeds has been commented by many as： ＂Though its content is concerned with temporal matters,its wisdom is extracted from the words of family members,and its style is plain and common,the philosophical implications imbued in it are nothing short of edification compared with what is preached in the holy classics＂.Based on previous evaluation of this book,this paper mainly discusses the characteristics of the ideological content and writing style of this book and aims to reveal the educational significance of The Niu＇s Family Creeds from a new perspective.%文章以前人评价《牛氏家言》＂其事为日用饮食之事,其言为家人妇子之言,其文为布帛菽粟之文,而其义则足以补圣经贤传之所未发＂为视角,具体阐述其内容和文风等方面的内涵特点,并进一步阐发了《牛氏家言》通过父母、夫妻、兄弟之间的亲情和关切爱护,在美风俗、厚人伦等方面所具有的思想性和示范性,揭示了《牛氏家言》所独具的现实教育意义。
