高校《生产运作管理》课程教学改革探析

摘要

生产运作管理是一门多学科交叉课程,其理论性和实践性都非常强。然而由于种种原因,该课程的教学效果不甚理想,学生不喜欢也不重视这门课。为此,需要树立科学的教学理念,灵活采用多种教学方法,重视实践性教学,从而跨越理论与实践之间的鸿沟,提高教学质量,改善教学效果。%Production and Operations Management is an interdisciplinary course which abounds in both theoretic knowledge and practicality.However,due to various reasons,the teaching effect of this course is not ideal,and students neither appreciate nor pay attention to the course.Therefore,measures need to be taken to reverse the situation,such as establishing scientific teaching philosophy,flexibly using various teaching methods,attaching importance to practice teaching,etc.,so as to bridge the gap between theory and practice,enhance teaching quality and improve the teaching effect of this course.
