基于校企共同体合作模式的航海教育国际化研究

With the advent of economic globalization and China’s deepening reform and opening up to the outside world, internationalization of maritime education has become an inevitable trend. Establishing an“In-ternational School-Enterprise Community”education mode by cooperating with international shipping compa-nies and industry associations can promote the internationalization of maritime education effectively. The training centre has gained remarkable achievement in operating and brought many inspirations to international maritime education, such as ways to establish international school-enterprise share-holding cooperation mod-el, international school-enterprise integration and complementary mode in terms of quality resources, and school-enterprise management mode of operation. It applies the international "order type" training model and promotes the process of personnel training and so on.%随着经济全球化发展和中国改革开放的日益深入，航海教育的国际化已是必然趋势。学校与国际航运企业、行业协会以协议形式缔约建设“国际化校企共同体”合作办学模式，能有效促进航海教育的国际化。“共同体”的建立与运行为航海教育国际化带来诸多启示，如建立国际校企股份制合作模式，建立国际校企间优质资源整合互补模式，建立校企共同体企业化管理运营模式，实现“订单式”人才培养模式的国际化，推动人才培养过程的国际化等。
