基于诊断与改进的高职院校教育质量多元评价指标体系研究

         

摘要

The educational diagnosis is a means of educational evaluation, and is also one of basic missions in the Assessment of Talents’ Cultivation for higher vocational institutions. Based on the functions of higher vo-cational education including talent cultivation, knowledge innovation and social service, with higher level and professionalization as the targets of talent cultivation, a multiple evaluation index system including industry enterprises, government, society, students & parents and third-party assessment entity is set up. The educa-tional diagnosis and improvement system will afford the reference for improving the education quality of higher vocational institutions.%教育诊断是一种教育评价的方式,也是新一轮高等职业院校人才培养工作评估的基本任务之一。高等职业教育围绕人才培养、知识创新、社会服务三大功能,以“高等性”和“职业性”为人才培养目标,构建以行业企业、政府、社会、学生和家长以及第三方评估机构为诊断主体的多元评价指标体系,建立和推进教学工作诊断与改进制度,为提高高职院校的教学质量提供可参考的依据。
