江海区域文化与高职生职业素养的培育

摘要

Jianghai regional culture bears the following characteristics: survival of the fittest, self -independence, incorporation, inclusion, openness and diversity, self-discipline and innovation. Jianghai regional culture corresponds to the professionalism requirements of the vocational students, reflecting in the fact that the regional culture bears the quality of stimulating influence; the professional development of the vocational students needs the nourishment of the regional culture;and the vocational colleges bear the mission to cultivate the intellectuals. The important ways to cultivate the professionalism of vocational students are constructing the joint-action mechanism of campus, community and enterprise cultures, launching the programs of college teaching of intangible cultural heritage and carrying out the establishment of cultural brands of craftsman spirit.%江海区域文化有着适者生存、坚苦自立，兼收并蓄、包容会通，海纳百川、大胆开放，自强不息、创新创业的特征。江海区域文化与高职生职业素养的要求具有契合性，表现在区域文化具有春风化雨的精神品质、高职生职业成长需要区域文化的滋养、高职院校有着“以文化人”的使命担当。江海区域文化培育高职生职业素养的重要路径为：构建校园文化、社区文化与企业文化联动机制，开展非物质文化遗产的高校传习和实施工匠精神的文化品牌创建工程。
