南通地区城镇化与产业集群互动发展研究

摘要

Based on the mutual promotion between industry clusters and urbanization, we find that the relationship of mutual integration enables the development of urbanization and industrial cluster development complement each other. Start-ing from the development of interactive relationship between urbanization and industrial cluster, this paper takes Nantong in Jiangsu Province as example, and analyzes and studies the interaction between urbanization and the development of in-dustrial clusters. According to the characteristics of Nantong industrial cluster and urbanization, we should study this issue from the interactive mechanism between industrial cluster and urbanization, interactive model and econometric analysis model and so on, to analyze the associated relationship between and its far-reaching influence on Nantong.%研究通过典型相关系数分析，表明南通市产业集群和城镇化之间相关程度高，相互作用明显；通过冗余分析，表明南通市产业集群的规模、质量与城镇化水平以及居民的生活水平关系密切。南通地区城镇化与产业集群的互动发展存在下列问题：产业规划及城镇规划不科学；服务体系和政策体系不完善；农村小城镇发展规模小且布局极为分散；产业结构不尽合理等。为了促进南通地区产业集群与城镇化互动发展，必须优化升级传统产业、积极培育新兴产业，不断完善政府政策服务体系，统筹城乡发展，加快新型城镇化建设。
