基于组态王和PLC的堆垛机控制系统设计

         

摘要

A stacker control system based on Kingview and PLC is designed, which consists of shelf, stacker, control cabinet and monitoring computer. This study mainly introduces hardware system including monitoring computer, PLC controller and inverter, while the software system based on Kingview v6.53 and Access database. The selection of hardware is firstly analyzed, then the software system including PLC programming and Kingview is expounded. The results show that this system has precise positioning and real-time monitoring function is running steadily and reliably.%基于组态王6.53和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),设计一种堆垛机控制系统.根据设计要求提出设计方案,并对硬件及软件组成进行分析说明.该系统由立体货架、巷道堆垛机、堆垛机控制柜、上位计算机4个部分组成,硬件系统主要包括监控计算机、S7—200控制器以及MM440变频器,软件系统则包含了基于组态王6.53的监控软件和Access数据库.实践表明,该系统具有精准认址、实时监控的功能,运行稳定可靠.
