高职院校模拟公司教学模式创新研究

摘要

＂Simulation companies＇originated in Germany in the 1950s. In allusion to the prohlems with simulation companies for vocational colleges, which are lack of simulation,maneuverability,opcnness,seientificity and limitations,the article innovates teaching patterns designs,ecological talent cultivation concept,three-orientation major construction and quaternity practical training center,as well as simulation companies environment,rules and operation plans, which has turned out to be obviously effective%“拟公司”起源于20世纪50年代的德国。针对目前高职院校“模拟公司”出现的仿真性差、操作性差、开放性差、科学性差、局限性差的问题，通过“模拟公司”教学模式创新设计，创新了人才培养生态观、专业建设“三导向”、“四位一体”实训中心等核心理念，以及对“模拟公司”的环境、规则、运作计划等进行设计创新，取得明显成效。
