Work-study combination in the perspective of complexity science is featured by endogeneity,loose combination, dynamics and nonlinearity, etc. in terms of concept, element, structure and operation. Those features help us to better understand the attribute of work-study combination system, and accordingly, develop and explore the new thinking and new path for theory and practice of work-study combination.%复杂科学视野中的“工学结合”概念、元素、结构、运行，具有内生性、松散结合性、动态性、非线性等特征，这些复杂特征使我们更加深刻地认识“工学结合”系统的特质，从而开拓探索“工学结合”理论与实践的新思维与新路径。
