高职院校毕业生“民工化就业”的理性分析

摘要

Vocational college graduates＇ downward job-hunting results from industrialization,popularization of higher education as well as graduates＇ transformation of employment views.Vocational college graduates＇ downward job-hunting can alleviate employment pressure of the society,expose students to necessary training and experiences,reflect social practical demands for talents and enhance students＇ capacity to start their own business.However,downward job-hunting also gives rise to a variety of inevitable hidden worries.%高职院校毕业生＂民工化就业＂是源于高等教育大众化、产业化的结果,也是毕业生就业观念转变的必然后果。高职院校毕业生＂民工化就业＂可以缓解社会就业压力,使学生获得成才的必需历练,同时也体现了社会对人才的现实需求,增强大学生创业本领。但＂民工化就业＂也存在着种种隐忧。
