甲亢康颗粒对甲亢大鼠功能及组织形态学影响

摘要

目的 探讨甲亢康颗粒对甲亢大鼠甲状腺功能及组织形态学的影响.方法 将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、治疗组(甲亢康颗粒组)及西药组,观察用药前后大鼠体质量、体温、心率、甲状腺功能及甲状腺组织形态学变化.结果 甲亢康颗粒组甲亢大鼠心率、体温下降,升高的甲状腺激素水平降低,甲状腺腺滤泡上皮增生缓解.结论 甲亢康颗粒有减轻甲亢症状,改善甲状腺功能及甲状腺局部组织增生的作用.%OBJECTIVE To discuss the effects of Jiakang Granules on the function and histomorphology of rats with hyperthyroidism.METHODS The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jiakang Granules group and Western medicine group to observe their weight, temperature, heart rate, serum thyroid hormone and changes of thyroid glands' histomorphology. RESULTS Heart rate, temperature and thyroid hormone of Jiakang Granules group were reduced, and hyperplasia of thyroid glands was alleviated. CONCLUSION Jiakang Granules could improve hyperthyroidism symptoms, reduce thyroid hormone and alleviate hyperplasia of thyroid gland.
