OBJECTIVE To observe Guan Tong Fang's effect on IL-8 levels after PTCA and bare-metal stent implantation. METHODS 120 patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 60 patients individually. The treatment group was administrated with Guan Tong Fang (composed of notoginseng, salvia, earthworm, melon baskets, sun-dried ginseng, gynostemma, citrus, ophiopogon) and ordinary western medicines such as aspirin, clopidogrel, atorvastatin, metoprolol etc. The control group was administrated with these ordinary western medicines only. After 6 months treatment, recurrence of angina patients, IL-8 levels and coronary angiography followed up. RESULTS The recurrence rate of angina patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.01) ;A total of 95 patients' coronary angiography were reviewed. The restenosis rates of 48 patients in the treatment group were 9.84 ％, whereas the restenosis rates of 47 patients in the control group were 23.73 ％.The incidence of restenosis in both groups were significant difference (p ＜0.05). IL-8 level in treatment group was significantly lower than control group (P＜0.01). CONCLUSION The Guan Tong Fang can not only reduce IL - 8 levels in patients after the bare metal stent implantation, but also can prevent coronary restenosis.%目的 观察加用冠通方预防经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)及裸金属支架植入术后再狭窄和对IL-8水平的影响.方法 将120例冠心病介入治疗患者,随机分成冠通方(由三七、丹参、地龙、瓜蒌、生晒参、绞股蓝、陈皮、麦冬组成)加西药(口服肠溶阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、阿托伐他汀、倍他洛克等)治疗组(简称治疗组)60例;西药(口服肠溶阿司匹林、氯吡格雷、阿托伐他汀、倍他洛克等)治疗组(简称对照组)60例.治疗6个月后对患者术后心绞痛复发、IL-8水平及冠状动脉造影等进行随访观察.结果 治疗组心绞痛复发率显著低于对照组(P＜0.01);2组患者共有95例复查冠状动脉造影,其中治疗组48例中,再狭窄发生率9.84%;对照组47例中,再狭窄发生率23.73%,2组比较再狭窄发生率差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);2组IL-8水平比较差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论 冠通方能降低裸金属支架植入术后IL-8的水平,可预防冠状动脉再狭窄.
