不搞私有化：构建和发展“中国模式”的定海神针

摘要

Non-privatization is the basic principle concerning China＇s reform direction,a solemn promise made by China at the critical moment,thus the presupposition and the anchoring point in constructing and developing Chinese model.Non-privatization means adherence to co-existence and mutual development of dominantly public ownership and diverse forms of ownership at the same time,as well as to commitment of nationwide well-being.This constitutes both the requirements and characteristics of Chinese socialist system,besides the fundamental needs of China＇s economic performance operation.Non-privatization itself does not mean sole reliance on public ownership and would not prevent the economical development of diverse forms of ownership,either.It is determined by the primary stage of Chinese socialism and is well proved by domestic and foreign histories.%不搞私有化,再一次表达了中国在改革方向上的原则立场,是中国在关键时刻作出的郑重选择,是构建和发展中国模式的根本前提和定海神针。不搞私有化,坚持以公有制为主体,多种所有制共同发展,致力全体人民的共同幸福,既是我国社会主义制度的要求和特点,也是我国经济运行的需要和特点。不搞私有化,并不妨碍发展多种所有制经济;不搞私有化,也不能搞纯而又纯的公有制。这一切都是由我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情所决定的,由中外历史所证明了的。
