合理的薪酬体系是高教改革成功的关键。本文在调研美、德、英等发达国家薪酬制度、薪酬水平的基础上,深入分析了发达国家薪酬制度的模式与结构、薪酬的管理体制等,针对我国目前高校教师薪酬结构、薪酬水平的现状及特点,从优化薪酬结构、提高薪酬水平、完善福利待遇、加强绩效考核等方面进行了思考和探讨。%Reasonable salary and benefit system is key to the success of higher education reform .Based on an investigation of the salary level and system in developed countries , such as the United States , Germany, Britain and so on, this paper profoundly analyzes the pattern , structure and management of salary system in developed countries .In view of the current situation and char-acteristics of salary level and structure in universities of our country , this paper analyses and discusses aspects such as optimizing salary structure, raising pay level, improving benefit system and strengthening performance assessment , etc.
