7022铝合金FSJ拼连板材铣削变形分析

         

摘要

利用有限元方法对搅拌摩擦连接(Friction stir jointing,FSJ)连接铝合金板材铣削加工过程进行模拟,分别获得连接板材铣削后的残余应力分布和变形规律,并通过实验验证模拟结果的正确性.通过模拟得出铣削残余应力主要集中在连接区,横向残余应力大于纵向残余应力.纵向残余拉应力主要集中在连接区中心部位及两端,其他部位均为残余压应力;横向残余拉应力主要集中在连接区中间位置.连接板材铣削后在中心位置出现下凹,板材两端向下弯曲形成“M”形状.%The laws of the residual stress and deformation of milled friction stir jointing (FSJ) aluminum alloy are obtained by the finite element simulation method.The simulation results are verified by the experiments.The residual stress of milling is mainly concentrated in the jointing region,and the transverse residual stress is greater than the longitudinal residual stress.The longitudinal residual tensile stress appears in the center and both ends of the jointing region.The transverse residual tensile stress appears in the middle of the jointing region.The concave appears in the center.The shape of the "M" is formed because of the both ends bending.
