基于社交网络的高校学习型基层党组织建设创新研究

摘要

高校学习型基层党组织建设存在学习氛围不强、学习目标模糊和学习方法陈旧等问题。基于互联网和移动互联网平台的QQ、微信和人人网等社交网络具有受众广、实名制、互动性、即时性等优势，发展迅猛；正确利用社交网络，可加强基层党组织成员联系，强化学习氛围，丰富学习形式，提高学习效果。%There are some problems in constructing learning-oriented basic party organizations in universi- ties, such as lack of active learning environment, absence of clear learning goals, outdated learning meth- ods. Social networks based on the Internet and Mobile Internet, such as QQ, Weixin, Renren in China, have such advantages as wide audience, real name system, interactive, and immediacy, so they develop very fast. Used properly, social network can strengthen contacts between members of basic party organi- zations, improve the learning atmosphere, enrich learning forms, and improve learning outcomes.
