基于自组织理论的制造业企业技术创新研究

摘要

Technical innovation lies at the heart of the management of manufacturing corporate. Based on a com- prehensive review of the literatures about technical innovation and self-organization rationale, followed by the logical line of the presidential factors of skilled artisan, capital and information, which are proposed in the theoretical frame of "technical innovation chain", hence, we could propose a presumably feasible technical innovation approach for manufacturers which is emerged as a result of the existing problems in production process. Main features of this technical innovation approach are discussed in line with the features of dissipative structure, synergetics, mutationism and hypercycle.%技术创新是制造业企业经营与管理的中心环节。在对技术创新理论、自组织理论回顾的基础上，以企业技术创新链中的技术型员工、资金和信息这三种统辖要素的互动为逻辑，针对技术型员工对现有生产制造流程、工艺等环节存在的问题，提出了一种基于自组织理论的技术创新路径，并对该路径从耗散结构特征、协同学特征、突变论特征和超循环论特征等自组织特性方面进行了详细论述。
