充填式钢箱-砼组合梁抗弯性能试验研究

         

摘要

Three different section form filling specimens of the concrete-partial-filled steel-box composite beam were tested under the action of the symmetric reverse concentrated force to study the normal section bending property.The failure form of the beam was investigated,the load deflection curve and the moment curvature curve were obtained.Based on elastic plastic theory,the calculation formulas of ultimate flexural capacity of composite beams were derived,which was in good agreement with the experimental ones.Results indicated that ultimate flexural bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel-box composite beams, which had good local stability and large ductility, were improved with 10%-21% than non filling composite beams;the partial section filling type had slightly lower ultimate strength than the whole section filling one and had more practical value under the premise of meeting the requirements of the structure.%为研究部分充填式钢箱-砼组合梁正截面的抗弯性能,对2片全截面填充砼和1片部分截面填充砼的钢箱-混凝土组合梁在对称反向集中力作用下的受力性能进行试验.观察梁的破坏形态,得到荷载与挠度曲线、弯矩与曲率曲线.基于弹塑性理论推导组合梁极限抗弯承载力计算公式,计算值和试验值趋于一致.结果表明:充填式钢箱-砼组合梁比非充填组合梁极限抗弯承载力提高10%~21%,且具有良好的局部稳定性和较大的延性;部分充填式钢箱组合梁的极限强度略低于全截面充填式钢箱组合梁.在满足结构要求的前提下,部分充填砼钢箱梁实用价值更高.
