The present invention relates to a steel box composite girder having a bending reinforcement structure by tension for integration of a precast concrete floor plate, and a constructing method thereof which use longitudinal tension introduced to compose a precast concrete floor plate to introduce a bending moment to a steel box beam to efficiently provide a long span. According to the present invention, a tendon (3) penetrating the outermost precast concrete floor plate (2a) is tensioned to be fixed on the outermost precast concrete floor plate (2a) while a steel box beam (1) and precast concrete floor plates (2) are not combined to apply a compressive force attaching a plurality of precast concrete floor plates (2) by the tension of the tendon (3) and apply a vertical upward force to the steel box beam (1) on an installation location of a saddle device (5) to provide a steel box beam-precast concrete floor plate composite girder and a constructing method thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
