关于国家开放大学质量观若干问题的思考--基于对国家开放大学南京分部的调查与分析

     

摘要

According to a few key individuals’ behavior theory, the stakeholder theory and the customer satisfaction theory, the paper analyzes the current education quality of the Open University of China based on the questionnaire and interview of more than 600 people in Nanjing Branch school and associated units. The results show that the obvious achievements have been made in the national Open University education, while there is still room for the further improvement of its education quality, and the emphasis should be placed on the construction of a new quality assurance system for the sake of improving the quality of talent cultivation. Finally the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to strengthen the "one" target, establish the"three" mechanisms and promote the"five"tasks.%基于对国家开放大学南京分部及相关单位600多名人员的问卷调查和访谈,根据少数关键行为理论、利益相关者理论和用户满意度理论,对国家开放大学教育质量现状进行分析。结果表明,国家开放大学教育质量工作取得了明显成效,但仍有待于进一步提高,重点在于建立新的质量保证体系,提高人才培养质量。最后提出强化“一个”目标、建立“三项”机制、推进“五项”任务的对策建议。
