跨领域合作多措并举，进一步降低剖宫产率

摘要

For advocating care in normal birth and reducing unnecessary intervention in childbirth called by the WHO, we explored the comprehensive cooperation in the WHO Ⅺ project which loaned by world bank according to its activity supporting time. Many measures and practices were simultaneously performed to reduce the number of cesarean section. The results showed that cesarean delivery rate of 60.91﹪ in 2009 before the implementation of project reduced to 37.46﹪in 2013, and the effect is obvious and statistically significant (P﹤0.05). In addition, some related medical resources, social factors, knowledge propaganda and so on, are also the reasons why cesarean delivery rate decreased.%为倡导世界卫生组织“爱母分娩”行动的实质———“减少干预，回归自然”，文章根据世界银行贷款卫Ⅺ项目的活动支持时间，探索了卫Ⅺ项目的跨领域合作，多措并举来降低剖宫产的具体做法与措施，结果表明剖宫产率由2009年项目实施前的60.91﹪下降为2013年的37.46﹪，效果明显且具有统计学意义。此外，一些与之有关的医疗资源要素、社会因素和知识普及宣传等也是剖宫产率下降的原因。
