优化了解脂耶氏酵母W29的产酶条件,了解了解脂耶氏酵母W29的产酶能力.研究结果表明,该菌株产脂肪酶的最佳条件为:发酵温度30℃、起始pH 7.0、摇床转速150 r·min-1、橄榄油含量7.0g·L-1、接种量2.5％、培养时间60 h.在该条件下,解脂耶氏酵母W29所产脂肪酶的活性为7.7μ· mL-1.结果提示,解脂耶氏酵母W29在处理油脂废水时能产生较高活性的脂肪酶,可进一步实现废水处理的资源化利用.%The lipase production capacity of Y. Li politico. W29 was analyzed and its production conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions for lipase production from Y. Lipolitica W29 were as follow; temperature at 30 ℃ ,an initial pH at 7. 0,shaking speed at 150 r · min-1 ,content of olive oil at 7 g · L-1,content of inoculum at 2. 5% cultivation for 60h. In this way,the activity of lipase reached a high level (7. 7 μ ·mL-1). The results further indicated that Y. Lipolitica W29 could produce lipase with high activity when using grease wastewater as substrate, which offered a possibility for utilization of wastewater-treatment.
