PWV／ABI 及 IMT 与冠心病相关性研究进展

摘要

Coronary heart disease(CHD),the most common and important type of organ le-sions caused by atherosclerosis,can seriously damage human health.In our country,there is a growing trend in the incidence of CHD in recent years.The early detection plays a significant role in the treatment and prevention of CHD.There are many methods for determining CHD.Of them,arterial pulse wave velocity(PWV),ankle brachial index (ABI)and intima-media thickness (IMT)have their own advantages and achieve great development in the detection of CHD.%冠心病是动脉粥样硬化（AS）导致器官病变最常见、最重要的类型，也是严重危害人民健康的常见病，在我国，近年来呈增长趋势。冠心病的早期检测对于冠心病的治疗和预防有着重大的意义。冠心病的相关检查方法很多，而动脉脉搏波速（PWV）、踝臂指数（ABI）及颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）在冠心病的检测中，以其自身的优势得到了很大的发展。
