手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果

摘要

Objective To investigate the efficacy of humanistic operating room nursing in lapa-roscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to receive either routine nursing (control group,n=34)or humanistic op-erating room nursing (observation group,n=34).Operative cooperation,operation time,intraop-eratve blood loss,hospital stay,clinical efficacy,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the humanistic operat-ing room nursing increased operative cooperation rate,total effective rate,nursing quality and pa-tient satisfaction with nursing and decreased operation time,intraoperatve blood loss and hospital stay (P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic operating room nursing can improve operative coopera-tion,clinical efficacy,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.%目的：探讨手术室人性化护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果。方法将68例需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者随机分为2组：对照组34例采用常规护理方式；观察组34例采用手术室人性化护理方式。比较2组患者手术配合情况、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、临床疗效、护理质量及满意度。结果观察组手术配合率、临床疗效总有效率、护理质量评分及患者满意度均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05），而手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均较对照组显著减少（P＜0．05）。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施手术室人性化护理干预，可使患者更好地配合手术，临床疗效显著，能提高护理质量和患者满意度。
