The percutaneous catheter ablation is an imperative treatment for ventricular tachy-cardia.Conventional mapping techniques require haemodynamic stabilization during ongoing tach-ycardia.The non-inducibility of ventricular tachycardia,poor induction reproducibility,haemody-namic instability,and multiple ventricular tachycardias with frequent spontaneous changes in mor-phology preclude mapping the ventricular tachycardia.In order to overcome these limitations,sub-strate mapping in sinus rhythm has been developed and used by many centers.This review sum-marizes the new progress in the ablative treatment of ventricular tachycardia with a substrate mapping approach.%经导管消融治疗室性心动过速(室速)是临床一项主要的治疗手段。传统的标测技术要求室速发作时患者的血流动力学必须稳定。若室速不易诱发、室速状态不易维持、血流动力学不稳定以及频繁自发的多形性室速,是影响传统标测方法准确性的重要原因。为了突破这一系列局限性问题,许多中心越来越注意发展窦性心律下的基质标测。本文将近期内应用基质标测进行器质性室速指导消融的新进展进行综述。
