新建本科院校教学评估长效机制构建与实践--以南昌工程学院为例

         

摘要

为解决新建本科院校教师教学水平不高、教学管理工作不规范、专业与课程建设水平较低等问题,南昌工程学院以构建内部教学质量保障体系为中心、以建立校内教学评估长效机制为抓手,通过不断完善组织保障、制度保障、人员保障和经费保障,保证校内教学评估工作的正常开展;通过制订或修订教师职称评定、岗位聘任、先进评选、省级教学质量工程项目申报等文件确保校内评估结果的全面应用。七年来,教师教学基本能力合格评估、教师教学水平评估、专业建设评估、课程建设评估、院系教学工作状态评估等系列校内教学评估工作,均取得了较好的成效,为学校以正常态和平常心顺利通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估奠定了坚实的基础。%To solve such problems as low teaching level,lack of norms in teaching administration and low standard of curriculum construction,Nanchang Institute of Technology constructed a long-term mechanism for teaching evalua-tion to ensure the improvement of teaching quality. A series of measures such as organization security,system securi-ty ,personnel security and financial security have been taken to ensure that the teaching evaluation work can be done in a normal way. The evaluation results are verified through revising some relevant documents concerning profession-al title appraisal,post employment,and provincial teaching projects application etc. In the past seven years,we con-ducted a series of evaluations like the young teachers’basic teaching capacity evaluation,teachers’teaching level evaluation,specialty construction evaluation,curriculum construction evaluation,and departments’running situation evaluation ,which lay the university a firm foundation in preparing and managing to pass the evaluation from Ministry of Education.
