耐高温降磨损润滑涂料的研究

             

摘要

研究了一种以有机硅改性环氧树脂及双酚A固化剂为基体,二硫化钼、石墨为固体润滑剂,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)及纳米氧化铝为耐高温助剂的耐高温降磨损润滑涂料的制备方法及影响因素,优选出其制备条件,并对所制涂料进行了性能测试,其耐热温度达到650℃,可以满足汽车排气系统、涡轮增压系统的垫片密封、润滑要求.%The organosilicon modified epoxy resin matrix composite coatings with properties of high temperature resistance, wear-resistance and self-lubricating were studied.This kind of coating uses the organosilicon modified epoxy resin and bis-phenol A curing agent as the matrix,uses the graphite andmolybdenum disulfide as the solid self-lubricating agent,and uses the polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and nano-alumina as the high temperature resistant auxiliaries.The preparation condi-tions are optimized and the performance of the coating is tested.The heat resistant temperature of the coating can reach up to 650℃,which can meet the sealing and lubrication requirements of the automobile exhaust system and the turbocharging sys-tem.
