经济伦理视域中的我国民营企业衰退现象研究

摘要

Chinese private enterprises came into decline after development in the early time of reform and opening up. The drawback of understanding of the relationship between duty and benefit and the lack of credit culture are the internal factors for their decline. How- ever, the imperfect law and policy and discriminated financing regulation caused by the confusion of government' s economic ethics quicken their decline. Strengthening the building of economic ethics and regulation of the private enterprises and the government is the internal and external power which can really prevent the decline of private enterprises.%我国民营企业在改革开放初期经历急速发展后就迅速步入了衰退期。义利关系认识的缺陷、诚信文化的缺失从内部为其衰退准备了条件，而政府经济伦理意识模糊所导致的不健全的法律政策、歧视性的融资制度则从外部加速了其衰退进程。加强民营企业及政府的经济伦理与相应制度建设，是有效阻止民营企业衰退现象发生的内生与外生力量。
