基于QFD理论的大学生社会适应能力培养过程设计

摘要

通过对南昌航空大学学生社会适应能力状况的调查,分析了社会对当今大学生的能力需求。运用质量机能展开理论（QFD）,构建了大学生社会适应能力质量机能展开模型,设计了培养大学生社会适应能力的过程体系,并提出了基于QFD理论的大学生社会适应能力提升策略。%By investigation on the social adaptation of Nanchang Hangkong University students,this paper analyses the social capacity needs of today＇scollege students.It proposes Quality Function Deployment Model of College Student Adaptability（QFDM-CSA） by use of Quality Function Deployment（QFD） theory,and designs the training process system on students social adaptation.Finally,it proposes the strategies on improving social adaptability based on QFDM-CSA.
