"Complication"is a major feature of Mo Yan's novel language in order to achieve specific rhetorical effects and he often makes the simple language"complex".This paper will take Mo Yan's no‐vel "Fatigue between Life and Death"as a research object ,analyzing“complication” style from words , sentences and rhetorical stacked .%“繁丰”是莫言小说语言的一大特点，为了达到语言特定的修辞效果，他常常会将简单的语言“复杂”化。文章将以莫言的长篇小说《生死疲劳》为研究对象，从小说中词语、句式、修辞格的堆叠使用上来探讨其小说语言的“繁丰”风格。
