基于“哑铃型”报关人才需求的高职院校报关专业人才培养的新思考--以台州某院校为例

With further adj ustment of foreign trade structure and the change of the orientation of the National Policy,the local colleges and universities with higher vocational training of customs declara-tion,based on the regional environment,are faced with new opportunities and challenges.The cultiva-tion of the top-level declarants is a new challenge for vocational colleges.%随着外贸结构的进一步调整、国家政策的导向变化等，依托于地区环境的地方院校高职报关人才的培养也面临着新的机遇和挑战。报关人才的“哑铃型”特点对高职报关人才培养提出了新的挑战。
