Design of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System of Logistics Major in higher vocational Colleges Based on Industry Talent Demand

In order to make the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the logistics industry more targeted, according to the analysis of the needs of the logistics industry for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, this paper puts forward three types of education objectives of logistics major at the higher vocational level, and then constructs the corresponding innovation and entrepreneurship education system. The system that consists of two sub-systems: in-class system and out-of-class system has clear objectives, distinct module characteristics, strong operability and referability. The relevant practices based on the system have achieved remarkable results.
