阿德福韦与七元瓜环超分子相互作用的研究

         

摘要

Interaction of adefovir (PMEA) and cucurbit[7]uril(Q[7] ) were investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry in present work. The results showed that the inclusion ratio of Q[7] and PMEA was 1: 1, and the formation constant was(2. 81 ± 0.04) x 104 L · mol-1. Moreover, the thermodynamic parameters were also showed that the binding process was spontaneous and hydrophobic forces was the main driving forces. In addition, the solid inclusion complex was proved by IR and DSC.%利用紫外吸收光谱法(UV-Vis)、红外光谱法(IR)及差示扫描量热法(DSC)等考察了七元瓜环(Q[7])与阿德福韦(PMEA)的相互作用.结果表明:Q[7]与PMEA相互作用形成包结比为1∶1的主-客体包合物,包结平衡常数为(2.81±0.04)x104L/mol;在0<pH<6范围内均能观察到主客体的相互作用,在体系pH值约为2.5的条件下,七元瓜环对阿德福韦有较好的包结能力.采用热力学方法研究表明,升高温度不利于Q[7]与PMEA的相互作用,且体系平衡以焓变控制为主,巯水作用力是反应的主要驱动力.并运用IR、DSC等现代分析技术对固体包合物进行了表征,结果证实Q[7]与PMEA生成了固体包合物.
