鹅细小病毒和番鸭细小病毒在大小、形态、理化特性、核酸类型、基因组结构等方面非常相似,而且两种疫病的流行病学、临床症状、病理变化也非常相似；两者的抗体也有一定的交叉保护性,用常规的血清学检测方法很难将这两种病毒区分.本文对鹅细小病毒和番鸭细小病毒的基因组结构和病毒编码的蛋白进行了比较分析,概述了两种病毒在基因组结构和抗原性上存在的差异,以及已经建立的鉴别诊断方法.%Goose parvovirus is quite similar to muscovy duck parvovirus in size, shape, physi-chemical characteristics, nucleic acid type and genomic structure, loemic epidemiologies, clinical symptoms as well as pathological changes, Also the conventional serology detection method hardly differentiates the two virus due to the interactive protective ability. In the present paper, the comparison of genomic characteristics and virus codogenic proteinum was conducted. Further, the variance of the two types of virus in the structure and anti-genicity were analyzed, and the diagnostic methods were also summarized herein.
