二氢杨梅素体外抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

In this paper we evaluated the antioxidant activity of dihydromyricetin in vitro by measuring the its scavenging activity to three different free radical systems, namely 1,1-diphenly-2-pieryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical, hydroxide (.OH) free radical and superoxide anion (O-2 ), and the total antioxidant capacity as well. The results showed that di-hydromyricetin had strong antioxidant activity on DPPH free radical, with the scavenging rate of 91.79% at 20 mg/ mL, which was greater than that of vitamin c (76.91% at the same concentration ), . However, the scavenging rate of Vc, which had the highest value of 95.25%, was greater than that of dihydromyricetin under the experimental concentration of 30 mg/ mL. At the same concentration, the inhibiting activities of hydroxyl radical was Vc> tertiary butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) >dihydromyricetin(DMY). At the concentration of 6 mg/ mL, the scavenging capacities of hydroxyl radical of Vc, TBHQ and DMY were 617.49 U/ mL, 513.84 U/ mL and 495.09 U/ mL, respectively. DMY and TBHQ had the same eliminating effects on superoxide anion under the same concentration. The scavenging activities of superoxide anion of DMY and TBHQ were 182.61 U/ mL and 186.26 U/ mL at the concentration of 0.30 mg/ mL. total antioxidant activity of DMY and Vc was better than that of TBHQ. At the concentration of 0.30 mg/ mL, the total antioxidant capacities of DMY, Vc and TBHQ were 0.309 U/ mL, 0.313 U/ mL and 0.301 U/ mL, respectively. This study showed that dihydromyricetin had a strong antioxidant activity in vitro.%本研究以羟基自由基(•OH)、1,1-二苯基-2-苦味基肼自由基(DPPH)、超氧阴离子(O-2•)清除率以及总抗氧化能力为指标,对抗氧化剂二氢杨梅素(DMY)的体外抗氧化活性进行评价。结果表明:DMY 表现出较强的 DPPH 清除能力,浓度为20 mg/ mL 时清除率(91.79%)达最大值,比同浓度下维生素 C(Vc)清除率(76.91%)大,而当试验浓度为30 mg/ mL 时,Vc 达最大清除率(95.25%),比 DMY 清除率(94.25%)大;相同浓度下对羟基自由基抑制能力 Vc >特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)> DMY,试验浓度为6 mg/ mL 时,Vc、TBHQ、DMY 的清除能力分别达到617.49 U/ mL、513.84 U/ mL、495.09 U/ mL;相同浓度下,DMY、TBHQ 对超氧阴离子的清除能力相当,试验浓度为0.30 mg/ mL 时,DMY、TBHQ 的清除能力达到182.61 U/ L、186.26 U/ L;DMY、Vc、TBHQ 都表现出一定程度的总抗氧化能力,DMY、Vc 的总抗氧化效果要好于 TBHQ,在浓度为0.30 mg/ mL 时,DMY、Vc、TBHQ 的总抗氧化能力分别为0.309 U/ mL、0.313 U/ mL、0.301 U/ mL。结果表明,DMY 具有较强的体外抗氧化活性。
