运用石蜡切片法,对不同水分处理下的火龙果茎解剖结构进行了研究.结果表明:火龙果茎解剖结构由复表皮、皮层、和维管柱构成,其中维管柱包括维管束和基本组织,靠近表皮的皮层细胞特化为栅栏组织,茎中含有大量的储水细胞和含晶细胞.不同水分处理对火龙果茎解剖结构影响明显,水分胁迫下,火龙果茎复表皮厚度、维管束、储水细胞数量及皮层与茎厚度比值增加,茎厚度以及皮层厚度减小.%Paraffin section method was employed to observe the anatomical structure of stem under different water treatments on Pitaya (Hylocereus undatus).The results showed that the stem anatomical structure is consisting of multiple epidermis,cortex cell and vascular cylinder,the vascular cylinder include two parts which are vascular bundle and ground tissue,the cortex cell is differentiation into the palisade parenchyma and a abundant of tissue aqueous and crystal cells near the multiple epidermis.There are obvious differences between the different water treatments in stem anatomical structure,the stem multiple epidermis under the water stress is loose,the number of vascular bundle and tissue aqueous and cortex/stem thickness ratio increase,as well as the stem thickness and cortex decrease.
