脾边缘区淋巴瘤诊治和预后研究进展

摘要

脾边缘区淋巴瘤(SMZL)发病率低,占非霍奇金淋巴瘤1%,临床表现呈惰性过程.本文就脾边缘区淋巴瘤临床病理特征、治疗策略和预后因素方面的研究进展作一综述.%Splenic marginal zone lymphoma is a distinct entity according to WHO classification of lymphoid tissue.Due to its rarity, the clinical characteristics and prognosis remain unclear. In this review, the current progress on the treatment and prognosis of splenic marginal zone lymphoma were described.
