Objective: To investigate the effect of TPF,PF induction chemotherapy followed by cocurrent chemora-diotheapy for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods; Seventy patients with stage Ⅱbb - Ⅵb nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated with either experimental group or control group. Two groups were treated by two cycles TPF or PF induction chemotherapy,then accepted cocurrent chemoradiotherapy. The short -term effects were evaluated three months after chemoradiotherapy. Results: The incidence of neutropenia, dysphagia and baldness was significantly increased in experimental group compared with control group. CR,PR were 88. 5% and 11.5% respectively in experimental group,the overall response rate was 100%. CR,PR were 62. 9% and 34. 3% respectively in control group,the overall response rate was 97. 2% ,there was significant difference between the groups. Conclusion; The TPF induction chemotherapy combined chemoradiotherapy for local advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma is more effective than PF induction chemotherapy combined chemoradiotherapy in short - term.%目的:比较TPF、PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效.方法:70例Ⅱb-Ⅳb期鼻咽癌患者随机分入实验组和对照组,分别行2周期TPF、PF方案诱导化疗,诱导化疗结束后1周开始同期放化疗,期间观察放化疗毒副反应,同期放化疗结束后3个月评价近期疗效.结果:实验组中性粒细胞减少、吞咽困难及脱发较对照组明显增加,实验组CR率为88.5％、PR为11.5％,有效率为100％,对照组CR率为62.9％、PR为34.3％,总有效率97.2％,两组之间近期疗效有统计学差别.结论:TPF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌近期疗效优于PF方案诱导化疗联合同期放化疗.
