单纯放疗与放疗联用唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疗效比较

Objective:The efficacy of radiotherapy and radiotherapy combined with zoledronic to treat bone metastases was evaluated. Methods:Sixty seven patients were randomly divided into group A, B and C. Patients in group A were treated with regular fractional radiotherapy, group B were treated with low fractional radiotherapy, group C were treated with low fractional radiotherapy combined zoledronic acid. Results: Radiotherapy compared with radiotherapy combined with zoledronic, significant difference was found for curative effect. Conclusion:The effect is good using radiotherapy combined with zoledronic to treat bone metastases.%目的:比较单纯放疗与放疗联用唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床效果.方法:67例骨转移癌患者,随机分为常规分割放疗组、大分割放疗组、大分割联合唑来膦酸组,进行相应治疗,观察止痛效果、起效和维持时间、不良反应等.结果:常规分割放疗组和大分割放疗组止痛效果和不良反应无统计学差异,而大分割放疗联合唑来膦酸组止痛效果好、起效快,维持时间长.结论:大分割联合唑来膦酸是骨转移癌较好的治疗方式.
