CD133及CD44在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective:To study CD133 and CD44 expression in non-small-cell lung cancer( NSCLC)and its clinical significance. Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was performed to detect expression of CD133 and CD44 in NSCLC and cancerous peripheral tissue,and analyze the relationship between their expression and clinicopathologic characteristics. Results:CD133 and CD44 expression in NSCLC was determined. Expression level of CD133 and CD44 was significantly related to lymph node metastasis(P<0. 05)and not significantly related to cell differentiation and TNM stage. Conclusion:CD133 and CD44 had a close relationship with NSCLC development and had important role for early diagnosis and targeted therapy of NSCLC.%目的：研究CD133及CD44在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法：免疫组织化学方法检测非小细胞肺癌组织和癌周组织 CD133及 CD44的表达，并分析其表达与肺癌临床病理特征的关系。结果：CD133和CD44在非小细胞肺癌组织中均见表达。CD 133及 CD 44的表达与是否有淋巴结转移有关（P＜0.05），与细胞分化程度、临床TNM分期无显著相关。结论：CD133及CD44与非小细胞肺癌发展密切，对非小细胞肺癌早期诊断和靶向治疗具有重要意义。
