紫杉醇脂质纳米粒子对 KB 细胞的作用

摘要

目的：研究紫杉醇脂质纳米粒子（ TAX - NLC）对 KB 细胞的作用。方法：激光共聚焦显微镜观察TAX - NLC 作用于 KB 细胞对 F -肌动蛋白（F - actin）的影响，并观察 TAX - NLC 作用于 KB 细胞诱导细胞凋亡情况，光镜观察 TAX - NLC 作用于 KB 细胞形态学的变化。结果：TAX - NLC 使 KB 细胞 F - actin 聚集成团块状、点状，使微丝的功能受到抑制，TAX - NLC 作用 KB 细胞诱导细胞凋亡，TAX - NLC 作用 KB 细胞可产生大量多核细胞。结论：TAX - NLC 破坏微丝功能，诱导凋亡及多核细胞，导致肿瘤细胞死亡。%Objective:To study the action of paclitaxel nanoparticle(TAX - NLC)on KB cells. Methods:F - ac-tin and apoptosis of KB cells after being exposed to TAX - NLC were observed by laser confocal microscopy. Cytomor-phology of KB cells after being exposed to TAX - NLC was observed by light microscope. Results:After KB cells were exposed to TAX - NLC,F - actin of KB cells was gathered into a mass,punctate,the microfilament function was inhib-ited. The apoptosis of KB cells were induced by TAX - NLC. Many multinucleated cells of KB cells were induced by TAX - NLC. Conclusion:TAX - NLC destroyed microfilament function,induced apoptosis and multinucleated cells, finally tumor cells were killed.
