长链非编码RNA与肿瘤相关信号通路研究进展

         

摘要

Long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) refer to a group of RNAs that are usually more than 200 nucleotides and not involved in protein generation.Instead,LncRNA is closely related to the biology function,such as transcriptional and post-transcriptionalregulation inside the cell, and participate in evolution, embryonic development,substance metabolism.Research shows that LncRNA expression differences in tumor and plays an important role in the signaling pathways of abnormal activation.In this review we focus on cancer related signal pathway such as ERK/MAPK,PI3K/Akt,Wnt/β-catenin, NF-κB, etc.We hope it will benefit for provide new ideasand intervention of preventive treatment.%长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是指一类长度超过200个核苷酸而不编码蛋白的RNA.LncRNA与生物学功能密切相关,可在转录水平、转录后水平及表观遗传水平上调控基因表达,并参与物种进化、胚胎发育、物质代谢.大量研究表明,长链非编码RNA在肿瘤信号传导通路的异常激活起着重要的作用,有望通过进一步研究解释肿瘤的发生过程.本文回顾长链非编码RNA参与肿瘤发生主要相关信号通路:ERK/MAPK、PI3K/Akt、Wnt/β-catenin、NF-κB等作一综述,为肿瘤的防治提供新的治疗思路和干预手段.
