DWI评估早期宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移的临床应用进展

摘要

Pelvic lymph node metastasis is an independent factor influences the prognosis of patients with early cervical cancer,which is of great clinical significance in guiding the treatment of cervical cancer.At present,a large number of literature shows that conventional MRI combined with DWI technology in the diagnosis of metastatic lymph nodes has a greater advantage,can improve the accuracy of metastatic lymph node diagnosis.In this paper,DWI assessment of early cervical cancer pelvic lymph node metastasis of the clinical application of the progress were reviewed,aimed at the diagnosis and treatment of early cervical cancer to provide more clinical basis.%盆腔淋巴结转移是影响早期宫颈癌患者预后的独立因素,对指导宫颈癌术后治疗具有重要的临床意义.现阶段,大量文献表明,常规MRI联合DWI技术在诊断转移性淋巴结方面有着较大的优势,可以提高转移性淋巴结诊断的准确率.本文主要对DWI评估早期宫颈癌盆腔淋巴结转移的临床应用进展进行综述,旨在为诊断和治疗早期宫颈癌提供更多的临床依据.
