乳腺癌化疗相关性恶心呕吐危险因素的临床研究

摘要

目的:探讨乳腺癌患者个体因素对化疗相关性恶心呕吐的(CINV)发生率及其严重程度的影响.方法:回顾性分析2013至2015年就诊于我科的80例乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者的临床资料,分析患者的年龄、病理分期、是否孕期妊娠反应、既往晕车情况、合并疾病等个人因素对于患者CINV的发生率及严重程度分级的影响.结果:年龄小于45岁的、既往孕期妊娠反应较重的、既往有晕车情况的患者CINV的发生率及严重程度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).肿瘤分期及有无合并疾病各分组之间CINV的发生率及严重程度有一定差异,但无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:乳腺癌术后辅助化疗患者的个体因素如年龄、孕期妊娠反应、既往晕车情况等均是发生CINV的高危因素,日后可据此对患者的预防性止吐方案进行调整.%Objective:To investigate the impacts of individual factors to the incidence and severity of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in patients with breast cancer.Methods:Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 80 patients of breast cancer with adjuvant chemotherapy in our department from 2013 to 2015.We analyzed the impacts of the individual factors such as age,pathological stage,pregnancy morning sickness situation,previous motion sickness situation and concomitant diseases to the incidence and severity of CINV.Results:The incidence and severity of CINV were higher in patients who are younger than 45 years old,having severer pregnancy morning sickness,having motion sickness,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were some differences in the incidence and severity of CINV in group of pathological stage and concomitant diseases,but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Some individual factors such as younger age,severer pregnancy morning sickness and motion sickness are the risk factors for the occurrence of CINV in patients of breast cancer with adjuvant chemotherapy.We can adjust the prophylactic antiemetic regimen according to this in the future.
