自噬与一些肿瘤影响因素之间的关系

摘要

Autophagy is a conserved cellular components degradation process which depends on autophagy-lyso-some pathway in eucaryotes,and has a dramatic influence on oncogenesis,tumor development and prognosis. Autoph-agy also interacts with some tumor influencing factors,such as anoikis mechanism,vascular endothelial growth factor and immune response,affecting the ability of anti-radiotherapy and anti-chemotherapy,distant metastasis and dis-semination,angiogenesis,nutrition supply and immunity of tumor. The interactions of autophagy and some tuomr influ-encing facotors may provide a synthetic therapy for tumor treatment at present. The purpose of this review is to intro-duce the interactions of autophagy and some tumor influencing factors.%自噬是真核生物体内保守的依赖自噬-溶酶体途径降解细胞内成分的过程，在肿瘤的发生、发展和转归中起着重要的作用，并与肿瘤的一些影响因素如失巢凋亡机制、血管内皮生长因子、肿瘤免疫反应之间存在着复杂的联系，共同影响着肿瘤的抗放化疗损伤能力、远处转移和播散、血管生成、营养供应和免疫反应等，为现阶段肿瘤的综合治疗提供了新的治疗靶点。
