泛素-蛋白酶体系统和自噬之间的关系

         

摘要

The ubiquitin–proteasome system (UPS) and the autophagy-lysosome system are two major protein quality control mechanisms in eukaryotic cells. Recent studies have revealed interaction between the UPS and autophagy, blockade of UPS by proteasome inhibitors has been shown to activate autophagy. Suggesting a coordinated between these degradation systems. Autophagy can degrade ubiquitinated proteins and misfolded proteins, inhibition of autophagy can cause short-term protein aggregation, interference of a function of the system will affect the expression of other system functions. This study we describe the system-wide crosstalk between these two cellular protein degradation systems.%真核生物细胞内有两种主要的蛋白降解系统,泛素-蛋白酶体系统和自噬。最近的研究表明两者之间存在多方面的联系,抑制蛋白酶体的表达能够诱导自噬,自噬能够降解泛素化蛋白质和错误折叠的蛋白,抑制自噬能引起短期蛋白质的聚集,干扰一个系统的功能会影响另一个系统功能的表达。本文概述两者之间已知的关系。
