微管可视人工流产终止瘢痕子宫早孕效果

     

摘要

Objective To study for the clinical effect of microtubule visual artificial abortion for terminating early preg-nancy of scarred uterus. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with scarred uterine early pregnancy (less than 7 gestational weeks) requiring to terminate pregnancy in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group and study group ,60 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine artificial abortion therapy,while the study group adopted the microtubule visual artificial abortion therapy. The intraoperative blood loss , postoperative vaginal bleeding persistent time,infection,intrauterine residue,intrauterine adhesion and menstrual recovery were observed in the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss amount,postoperative abdominal pain,postoperative vaginal bleeding persistent time,infection occurrence rate,intrauterine residue,intrauterine adhesion and amenorrhea rate were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05);while the menstruation recovery situation was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting the microtubule visual artificial abortion for terminating scarred uterine early pregnancy has evident advantages ,significantly reduces the operation risk and its damage to uterus,rapidly recovers, meanwhile decreases the operative complications and is worthy of clinically promotion.%目的:探讨微管可视人工流产终止瘢痕子宫早孕的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月该院诊治的瘢痕子宫早孕(孕周小于7周)、要求终止妊娠者120例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组给予常规的人工流产治疗,研究组给予微管可视人工流产治疗,观察两组术中出血量、术后阴道出血持续时间、感染、宫腔残留、宫腔粘连、月经恢复等情况。结果研究组患者中术中出血量、术后腹痛情况、术后出血持续时间、感染发生率、宫腔残留情况、宫腔粘连情况、闭经率均明显低于对照组,而术后月经恢复情况高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫早孕采取微管可视人工流产终止妊娠有明显优越性,明显降低了手术风险及对患者子宫的损伤,且恢复快,同时减少手术并发症,值得临床推广运用。
