Based on several common misunderstanding with the PCR results of the real-time fluorescent quantitative detection of HBV-DNA we .analysed and discussed it here,mainly relating to HBV markers of the serum .analysis of quantitative detection of HBV-DNA results and treatment for enhancing communication with clinicians,mutual understanding and consensus, getting information feedback to serve patients better.%对实时荧光HBV-DNA 定量检测常见的几个理解误区进行分析探讨,主要涉及HBV血清标志物与DNA定量、DNA定量结果的分析以及诊断与治疗,旨在加强与临床医生沟通、信息反馈,增进相互理解,形成共识,更好地服务于患者.
