八段锦运动对绝经后妇女骨质疏松相关性研究

         

摘要

目的 探讨八段锦对绝经后妇女骨形态和代谢的影响.方法 绝经女性志愿者36例分为运动组和对照组,运用xR36型双能X射线、ELISA法,BT 224半自动生化分析仪器,测定实验对象骨密度、骨矿含量、骨代谢指标相关指标.应用统计软件SPSS 16.0版本进行统计分析.结果 运动组腰椎(L2-4)股骨颈的骨密度较对照组同部位的骨密度高,并具有统计学显著性意义,运动组Ward三角和股骨大转子的骨密度也有升高但不具统计学意义.运动组的第二腰椎和股骨颈的骨矿含量高于对照组,特别是第二腰椎差异有统计学显著性意义(P<0.01);运动组第三腰椎、第四腰椎和大转子的骨矿含量较对照组高,但不具有统计学意义.运动组的血清骨钙素和ALP明显高于对照组,而U-HOP,U-Ca和U-HOP/U-Cr,U-Ca/U-Cr比值运动组虽然低于对照组,但不具有统计学意义.结论 八段锦运动能够显著改善绝经后妇女的骨代谢和骨状态,对于预防骨质疏松发生具有积极意义.%Objective To discuss the influence of eight-section brocade on postmenopausal women's bones morphology and metabolism. Methods Decided 36 volunteers of the postmenopausal women into two groups,the experimental group and the control group. By using xR 36 dual-energy X-ray,ELISA method,and BT 224 semiautomatic biochemical analyzer,tested all the subjects' compact bone substance density, bone mineral content, and bone metabolic index. Finally used version SPSS 16. 0 statistical software to analyze all the parameters. Results Compared with the bone density of the similar parts of the bones for the control group,the bone density of the lumbar (L2-4) and neck of femur for the experimental group was higher, and the difference was distinct. The bone density of the ward triangle and the great trochanter of femur for the experimental group also was improved,but it was not statistically meaningful. The bone mineral content of the second lumbar and the neck of femur for the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,especially the difference in the second lumbar was extremely distinct (P<0. 01). At the same time,the experimental group's bone mineral content of the third and the forth lumbar and the great trochanter was much higher than that of the control group,but it did not have statistical meaning. The experimental group's serum osteocalcin and ALP was apparently higher than that of the control group and although the ratio between the U-HOP,U-Ca and U-HOP/U-Cr,U-Ca/U-Cr of the experimental group was lower than that of the control,it did not have statistical meaning. Conclusion Apparently,the eight-section brocade movement can improve the bone metabolism and state of the postmenopausal women. So it was very significant for the prevention of osteoporosis.
